Subject	Dash becoming unglued

Message	So right at the bottom of the windshield, right where you can't get fingers or much else, close to the air outlets, my dash has been slowly becoming unglued over the years. Am I right in thinking that the only way to fix this will be to have my windshield removed, re-glue the dashboard, then replace the windshield or... is there some other miracle method? :)
